01 Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Empire Developers is a licensed North Carolina general contractor (License #EMP-88431), fully insured with general liability and workers’ comp. We pull every permit.
02 How do you price a remodel?
After the design phase you get a single fixed price tied to an exact written scope. The only way it changes is if you change what you asked for — and you approve that in writing first.
03 Do you really finish on schedule?
We set a finish date in the proposal and have hit it on 96% of projects. If we are the reason it slips, we tell you early and in writing.
04 What areas do you serve?
Roughly a 30-mile radius of downtown Raleigh — including Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Durham, Chapel Hill, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Garner, and Wendell.
05 Can we live in the house during the work?
For most kitchen, bath, and addition projects, yes. We dust-wall the work zone, protect floors, and keep a path clear. Whole-home remodels are usually easier to live out of.
