How it goes

Four steps. No mystery in the middle.

  1. 01

    Consult

    Week 1

We walk the space with you, measure everything, and talk honestly about budget before anyone falls in love with a rendering.

  2. 02

    Design

    Weeks 2–5

Drawings, selections, and a fixed-price proposal. You sign off on the exact scope and the finish date. No blanks.

  3. 03

    Build

    The bulk of it

One lead carpenter owns your job start to finish. Dust walls up, floors protected, and a written schedule you can hold us to.

  4. 04

    Reveal

    Final week

We walk the finished work together, fix the punch list on the spot, and hand over the warranty and care guide.

From the owners

01
They redid our 1960s galley kitchen in Five Points. Six weeks, done on the day they promised, and the crew swept up every single night.
Marcus & Dana T.Five Points, Raleigh
02
The fixed price was the fixed price. One change order the whole job, and it was our idea. That never happens.
Priya S.North Hills, Raleigh
03
Our addition ties into a 1910 house so cleanly that people ask which part is new. Nobody can tell.
Ben & Carol M.Historic Oakwood
04
Same lead carpenter start to finish. He knew our house better than we did by the end of it.
The Alvarez familyPreston, Cary
05
They talked us out of the expensive option twice. You do not forget a contractor who does that.
Jonathan R.Wake Forest
06
Screened porch was finished before the Fourth of July, exactly like they said in April.
Kim L.Apex
