Full gut to cosmetic refresh. We move walls, re-run plumbing and electrical, and set cabinetry dead level so the doors still line up in year ten.
Waterproofed right the first time.
Primary suites to powder rooms. Proper waterproofing behind every tile, curbless showers, and ventilation that actually clears the mirror.
More house, tied in like it was always there.
Primary suites, bonus rooms, sunrooms, and second stories. Foundation, framing, and roofline matched to the existing home so the seam disappears.
Down to the studs, back to better.
When the floor plan no longer fits the family. We take a dated house back to framing and rebuild it around how you actually live.
