    What decides the price

    Three things, and none of them is a number we could publish honestly without seeing your lawn:

    • Treatable square footage. Beds, drives and gravel come out of the total.
    • Grass type. It changes the timing, the seed and the approach.
    • Current soil condition. A badly compacted lawn may need a double aeration pass where another needs one.
