Why soil, and not everything else

There is no shortage of companies in the Triangle who will mow a lawn, and no shortage who will spray one. There are very few who will dig into it, test it, and tell you that the reason your fescue keeps dying is that it is sitting on compacted subsoil with almost no organic matter in it.

That is a harder thing to sell. It takes longer, it costs more up front, and it does not produce a dramatic result in the first week. It is also the only thing that actually works on this ground, which is why Simply Spread does that and not the easier version.
